The AAUW BOOK GROUP is back in session! We meet at noon on the third
Wednesday of each month at the Arlington Library. Our meetings are open to
all members.

The book for the September meeting is Eleanor and Hick, The Love Affair that
Shaped a First Lady, by Susan Quinn. It is a warm, intimate account of the
love between Eleanor Roosevelt and reporter Lorena Hickok – a relationship
that, over more than three decades, transformed both women’s lives and
empowered them to play significant roles in one of the most tumultuous
periods in American history.  Here is a review of the book.
