Branch Meetings for February

    • Read-Around–February 4 at 1:00 pm
      The focus of the First Thursday group is Cultural Diversity. All members are encouraged to take part–either as a reader or a listener. This month, Ruth Giordano, our ReadAround leader, has prepared a few selections on Ageism, Sexism, and Xenophobia.  Passage include excerpts from a TED talk by Ashton Applewhite, stories by Nafila Dhahab and Kate Chopin, and an episode of The Twilight Zone by Rod Serling.  RSVP appreciated: ruth.giordano@gmail.com
