Dr. Waldinger, a Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, is also a psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, Zen priest — and a high school classmate of Julie’s in the Midwestern town where they grew up. Julie will talk with Bob about the 85-year-old ongoing Harvard study on healthy aging and the new book that shares the study’s findings. They will open up the conversation for questions from Zoom participants, including AAUW book group members who selected The Good Life for their October discussion. Click to read Julie’s response when we asked her to tell us a bit about the Harvard study and The Good Life.
