- Branch Meetings in Bennington or North Bennington, are typically held at 7 pm during the week or on Saturday or Sunday afternoon during the winter. The date depends on the speaker’s availability. The public is invited to many of these meetings, which are held in a public venue. Public meetings have included our lecture series on international leaders and issues, candidate forums during election years, and speakers on pay equity, civil liberties, and successful aging.
- First Mondays meetings, more informal events on a variety of subjects–are typically held on the first Monday of the month in a public venue in Arlington or in a member’s home. These meetings start at 12:30, with members bringing a bag lunch. Dessert and beverages are supplied by the hostess for the meeting. First Mondays’ speakers have included several musicians, local historians, artists, political activists, leaders of other organizations, and branch members.
