New Housing Hails the Future!

What does one look for in a new house?  Useful space, ample window light, energy efficiency, surrounding community amenities, available transportation…reasonable enough, but they can’t be taken for granted.  On Tuesday evening, March 29, Catherine Bryars from BCRC and Madison Kremer from Shires Housing will talk with us about Bennington’s urgent housing needs and how their Organizations are rising to the challenge to encourage affordable creative spatial design and some of the newest housing energy innovations. They may also touch on legislative and regulatory issues that hamper these goals.  Bring your community-minded questions and enjoy an evening of stimulating discussion!
